CaptainTrack uses location data to show pickup/drop-off routes, match users with nearby providers, track active trips or service orders, and improve safety and delivery accuracy. Location data may be used while the app is open and, where required for active services, in the background.

Camera access may be used for profile photos, service verification, receipts, document uploads, or call-related features. Microphone access is used for in-app audio calls between users and service providers.

12. User-Generated Content and Community Safety

CaptainTrack may allow users, providers, vendors, drivers, and businesses to create or upload user-generated content, including profile information, business listings, service descriptions, reviews, chat messages, images, verification documents, service evidence, and other content submitted through the app.

CaptainTrack has a strict zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users. Users must not post, upload, send, or promote content that is abusive, harassing, threatening, hateful, discriminatory, sexually exploitative, fraudulent, spam-related, illegal, unsafe, or otherwise objectionable.

Users who submit objectionable content or engage in abusive behavior may have their content removed, their access restricted, or their account suspended or permanently banned.

13. Content Filtering and Moderation

CaptainTrack may use manual review, automated checks, keyword filtering, user reports, and administrative moderation tools to detect, review, restrict, or remove objectionable content.

Reported content is reviewed by CaptainTrack administrators. We act on valid objectionable content reports within 24 hours, including removing offending content and suspending or ejecting users who provided abusive or objectionable content where appropriate.

14. Reporting and Blocking Users

CaptainTrack provides mechanisms for users to report objectionable content and flag abusive users. Users may report another user, provider, vendor, driver, message, review, profile, or service-related content directly inside the app where available.

CaptainTrack also provides a blocking mechanism. When a user blocks another user, the blocked user is restricted from further interaction with the blocking user where technically possible. Blocking also notifies CaptainTrack administrators so the reported behavior can be reviewed.

When content or a user is reported or blocked, CaptainTrack may immediately hide or remove the content from the reporting user’s view while the report is reviewed.

15. Terms of Use and EULA Agreement

Before registering or logging in, users must agree to CaptainTrack’s Terms of Use, Community Guidelines, Privacy Policy, and End User License Agreement where presented in the app.

By using CaptainTrack, users agree that there is no tolerance for objectionable content, abusive behavior, harassment, illegal activity, fraud, hate speech, threats, spam, or misuse of the platform.

CaptainTrack is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
